I have a three goals that I want to achieve. I want to Walk 20000 steps every day, also I want to do no Kakao story and finally I want to sleep at 11:00. It is all for follow me to good way. And I want to achieve those of goals at 30 days.
My first goal is walk 20000 steps every day. I think this goal is most hard then other goals. Because is most challenging me and most hard to do. At first, I should plan where should I walk and plan when I walk for 20000 steps every day.
My second goal is do no Kakao story. Kakao story is a application that similar like Face book. Friends around me they are spending so many times at using the smart phones. so I think I am usually spending times to Kakao story, so I think I have to don't do a Kakao story.
My last goal is sleep at 11 o'clock. Actually, the GLPS's sleeping time is pm 10:30, but it is hard to sleep 10:30 to me. So I usually just open ,my eyes and lie at my bed. So when I wake up, I am extremely tired. so I need to sleep at least 11 o'clock at night. so when I sleep early, I need to do my homework early , and make sleep environment that make easy to sleep.
